FOR EVENT ORGANISERS
Your event is in the record. See how it reads.
Fairground records events in marketing, retail, technology and more from public sources, held to the same provenance standard on every fact. If your event is listed, what we show is our reading of public material — not your statement, and we say so plainly.
What we publish about your event.
Dates, location, size, industry and audience shape. The companies recorded as sponsors. The people listed on your published programme, as your programme lists them. Built from your own published pages.
It is our reading, not your statement.
Until an event tells us otherwise, everything on its page is attributed to us and dated. We do not present our inference as your rate card, your audience numbers or your official position. If a figure is wrong, it is wrong on our side of the line, and we would rather hear about it.
What we do not publish.
No attendee names. No individual contact details. No sponsor's private behaviour sold to you as a lead. Companies, aggregates, and what is on the public programme.
Claiming is open.
There is now a way to claim a listing. The CTA on the event page starts it: we check your account's email domain against the event's own website, and a match verifies you immediately. If it does not match, a person reviews the claim. Once verified, you can propose edits to the record, which we review before they appear.
Sponsorship pricing is not on record.
Most organisers work without a market reference — rack rates are gated, comparables are guesswork. Fairground does not publish sponsorship pricing today. When it does, it will carry the same provenance labels as the standard we hold every figure to, and an organiser's own stated position will be labelled as theirs.
